Most operations support is reactive — someone executes what you hand them. This retainer works differently. I come in with 10+ years of COO and CEO experience and work at the level of how your business should be structured, not just what needs doing this week.

Each month includes a strategy session to set direction and active implementation time where I build the actual work. ClickUp setups, SOPs, automations, team handoff structures, client delivery workflows. Whatever the business needs to stop depending on the founder in the middle of everything.

The context compounds over time. Month one, I am learning your business. By month three, I know it well enough to spot problems before they reach you.

Monthly strategy sessions to set priorities and review what is working. I am not just executing a list — I am tracking where the business is going and flagging what needs attention.

HOW WE WORK

90-day cycles.

We work in quarters, not months. Each cycle builds on the last. The systems get more sophisticated, the business gets less dependent on you, and the decisions get easier.

Quarterly

Reset and direction

At the start of each 90-day cycle we step back. What has changed in the business, what are the priorities for the next quarter, and what systems will create the most leverage. This session sets the direction for everything that follows.

Monthly

Strategy and alignment

Once a month we review what is working and what is not, adjust priorities, and decide exactly what to build next. Clear decisions so implementation stays focused — not reactive.

Ongoing

Active implementation

Between calls I am building. Systems, automations, documentation, workflows. The work that moves the business forward. Async via Loom, response within 24 hours Monday to Friday.
