2. Payments
All payments must be made in advance before project work begins or product access is granted. Retainer services are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed. We accept payments through Stripe, ThriveCart, or other authorized payment processors. Prices are listed in EURO and may change without notice.
3. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all sales are final and non-refundable once access is granted or work has begun. This applies to:
Custom Projects: No refunds after project initiation.
Retainers: Cancellations take effect at the next billing cycle, but no refunds for the current period.
Pre-Built Templates & Digital Products: No refunds once accessed or downloaded.

4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, automation frameworks, digital products, and custom workflow solutions provided by The System Partner remain the intellectual property of Remote Ops Solutions LLC, unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients may use the automations and systems delivered, but may not resell or distribute them without prior written consent. Any unauthorized reproduction, resale, or misrepresentation of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
5. No Guarantees
While our automation solutions aim to improve efficiency and streamline operations, we do not guarantee specific business results, such as revenue growth or scaling success. Your success depends on many factors beyond our control.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our automation solutions may rely on third-party platforms (Google Suite, Zapier, Make, N8N, ActiveCampaign, Stripe, etc.). We are not responsible for disruptions, limitations, or failures caused by these services. For technical issues related to third-party integrations, users should contact the respective provider.
In no event shall The System Partner or Remote Ops Solutions LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
7. User Responsibilities
By using our Services, you agree that:
You will use our Services for lawful business purposes only.
You will not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of our templates or digital products.
You will not misuse or modify automation solutions in a way that violates security, legal, or ethical standards.
You will provide accurate information needed for custom automation setups.
You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack our automation solutions.
Failure to comply may result in service termination without refund and potential legal action.
8. Service Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services without refund if:
The client violates these Terms.
Payment obligations are not met.
The client misuses automation solutions in a way that causes security risks, legal violations, or ethical concerns.
In cases of non-payment, service access will be immediately revoked until the outstanding balance is settled.
9. Data Privacy and Security
We are committed to protecting your data. We use third-party service providers for payment processing, CRM, marketing automation, document processing, workflow automation, and analytics. These providers process personal data on our behalf under strict data protection agreements and comply with privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.

10. "As Is" and "As Available" Disclaimer
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

Our Services will be free of bugs, security breaches, or compatibility issues.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United States, specifically under the jurisdiction of Wyoming. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be handled through binding arbitration in Wyoming, unless otherwise required by law.
12. Severability and Waiver
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. Failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
